WEST AFRICA – Andersen Global, an international association of legally separate, independent member firms, has signed a Collaboration Agreement with full-service tax firm Kashadah & Co. in Libya and law firm Pinto Pereira & Associados, the CRA Law representative in Guinea-Bissau as it continues to reinforce its competitive edge in the African region.
Kashadah & Co., founded in 1974 by Office Managing Partner Abdussalam Kashadah, provides a wide range of services including tax planning, consultation and compliance, assurance and business advisory, social security arrangements, company registration, receivership and liquidation.
“Kashadah & Co. was previously an affiliate of Arthur Andersen from 1987 to 2002 and is currently one of the leading tax and accounting firms in Libya,” Andersen Global Chairman and Andersen CEO Mark Vorsatz said.
