Convergence Partners acquires Vodacom Business Africa’s operations

AFRICA – Inq Holdings Limited, formerly Synergy Communications, has completed 100 percent acquisition of Vodacom Business operations in four African countries; Nigeria, Zambia, Cote d’voire and a planned acquisition in Cameroon once they receive pending regulatory approvals. 

This was announced by Convergence partners, who own the Pan African digital service platform, Inq. Holdings Limited. 

This landmark transaction grows the Mauritius-based inq.’s regional footprint as a leading enterprise solutions provider to 13 cities in 7 countries across Africa including its existing operations in Botswana, Malawi and Mozambique

Via its platform, Convergence Partners aims to position itself as a unified pan-African provider of cloud and digital services, offering a suite of next-generation technology solutions in the areas of edge, artificial intelligence, network, and cloud virtualization.
