Ghana’s Vodafone rebrands enterprise unit to Vodafone Business

GHANA – Ghana’s second largest telco, Vodafone has kickstarted the process of rebranding its enterprise unit to significantly enhance the way it engages customers in the ever-changing digital age.

As part of the rebranding, Vodafone Business Solutions will now be called Vodafone Business- to underline a belief in working closely with customers to produce desired outcomes in the digital world.

Vodafone Business was recently named Enterprise Provider at the Ghana Telecoms awards and the rebranding according to the company reinforces Vodafone Business’s position as the leading enterprise service provider in the country

“Our new positioning will completely transform how we support our customers through cutting edge digital technology,” said Alfred Nkrow, Acting Head of Vodafone Business.

“Businesses are constantly looking for innovative ways to propel their growth and Vodafone Business will continuously introduce initiatives that will empower and give them reasons to be optimistic about the future,” he added.

Vodafone Ghana is among a number of organisations in Ghana that are demonstrating true commitment to transforming businesses and maximizing their digital potential.

Through its enterprise unit Vodafone Business, the telecommunications giant offers bespoke products to improve productivity and agility.

Additionally, the reigning Enterprise Service Provider of the year has come up with new initiatives that build capacity, whilst connecting businesses particularly SMEs to the digital eco-system for investment opportunities and partnerships.

Earlier this month, Vodafone Ghana collaborated with the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) to train over 70 SME owners.

The beneficiaries, selected from the winners of SMEGA 2018 and loyal customers, are currently undergoing training at the CEIBS campus at East Legon and are expected to graduate in December this year.

This demonstrates the company’s commitment towards improving capacity of SME’s in order for them to fully exploit their potential.
