KENYA – Kenyan law firm Daly & Inamdar together with South Africa’s RM Partners have joined the leading global law firm CMS Legal Services EEIG (CMS) as they eye increased business.
The two will now trade as CMS Daly Inamdar Advocates and CMS RM Partners offering an increased reach to its local, regional, and international clients through CMS. They will however still retain their independence.
This gives CMS a physical presence in Kenya and South Africa to go with its existing presence in Angola, Algeria and Morocco. The firm has taken the opportunity to launch a unified CMS Africa organisation based around regional hubs in Casablanca, Johannesburg and Nairobi, as well as its further offices in Algiers, Luanda and Mombasa.
For over 50 years, CMS has developed a track record of significant deals in Africa, showcasing its deep knowledge of the legal systems across the continent. CMS now has 75 offices in 43 countries and more than 4,800 lawyers worldwide.
