MOROCCO – The petroleum company Vivo Energy Morocco has inaugurated its first “Shell Helix Service Center” in Casablanca, an innovative center that allows drivers to equip, maintain, or repair their vehicles without prior appointment.

The local automotive center, which is the first project of its kind in the kingdom, is located within the Shell petrol station “Les Stades” on the road to El Jadida and opens every day from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

This new concept completes the range of services and offers that exist on our stations. The Shell Helix Service Center is also a major asset in improving the customer experience and ensuring quality service,” said Reda Badawi, retail manager at Vivo Energy Morocco.

Designed as a “One Stop Shop,” the Shell Helix Service Center offers a range of services aimed at making the station’s service efficient and economical in terms of time and waiting period.

In a statement, Vivo Energy Morocco argued that substantially improving the customer experience remains at the center of its priorities.

The statement quoted Tarik Barakat, lubricant manager at Vivo Energy Morocco, as saying: “With qualified and dedicated personnel as well as modern equipment and state-of-the-art technologies, the objective is to offer the essentials that our customers need in terms of car maintenance or repair.”

With modern equipment and advanced technologies … Our company aims to strengthen proximity to our customers while maintaining a pioneering and innovative satisfaction strategy.”

Vivo Energy Morocco is the firm in charge of marketing and distribution of Shell fuels and lubricants in Morocco, as well as Butagaz liquefied petroleum gas.

In February, the petroleum company teamed up with the Foundation for Research, Development, and Innovation in Science and Engineering (FRDISI) to support young Moroccan entrepreneurs.

Collaborating on the “entrepreneurship caravan,” the two institutions said the primary aim of their joint initiative is to promote youth entrepreneurship within the framework of Morocco’s National Initiative for Human Development (INDH).

In 2020, the caravan assisted more than 270 young people in starting their own firms. This year, Vivo Energy Morocco aims to expand its network to reach 400 enterprises as part of this initiative.

Vivo Energy Morocco has a fuel storage capacity of 211,905 m³ and 380 service stations, many of which offer Shell Card payment methods.
